How do I register an account with Affinity International?
Very simple. Go to 'Create an Account' on the top of the website. Enter the details required and click register.

What’s the expected delivery time?
This could vary depending on the product. However the usual delivery time is 2 to 5 working days to the UK and Europe. Delivery to the US takes between 5 to 7 days.

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, VAT is included in the total price.

How can I contact you? 
You can email us at support@affinity-int.com and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

I never received my item.
We kindly ask to allow up to 14 days for the delivery, as the package may have been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please note that items must be reported as missing within 30 days of being dispatched to you as we are unable to take any action on your behalf after this time.

My Voucher Code keeps saying its invalid?
If you have a Voucher code that gives you a discount on any of our products please follow the steps below to make sure you redeem it correctly.

1) Create an account with us so you have your own area for your orders
2) Add the item to your cart and go to checkout
3) At Checkout simply enter the code in the coupon code Box
4) Press the little plus sign next to it, to confirm the voucher
5) Complete your order!

Returns - General Guidelines

If you like to return a product, simply send it back to our return centre in its original packaging, making sure you include a brief note stating your reason for a return as well as your order number. All returns will be inspected within 3 working days of receiving the product.  Products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at Affinity’s sole discretion.

Return Procedure

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return Affinity International reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product value. Return processing may take 3 business days from the time your product is received.

Inspection Criteria

  • Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely
  • Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with.
  • Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice.
  • Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
  • Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.

Return Shipping

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Affinity International shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Affinity International may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products.
